Great location near Thamel district with vibrant nightlife, delicious momos, and close to Thamel Market.

great and decent location in the crowded area, next to the center of thamel area as well as nepal. luxurious, huge unit with comfortable king bed and the a/c plus the official photographs.

Overall it was spacious and huge with free breakfast & free wi-fi. There were free wireless internet and a TV in the room. The breakfast was nice, the check in was early. In fact, there was a free parking at the entrance. The location was great and perfect to the roof top cafe and met every demand.

This place has an amazing location for trying out different restaurants and eateries - it's my favorite spot for that, plus there's a fantastic restaurant downstairs.

The room at Avataar Hotel was incredibly comfortable, clean, and spacious. The king-sized bed was big and cozy, ensuring a high-quality sleep. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with numerous shops, restaurants, and convenience marts just a minute's walk away. The staff, including the helpful and friendly boss, Jehson, provided excellent service and even showed exceptional care when my wife fell ill. I highly recommend Avataar Hotel for anyone visiting Kathmandu.

Marvellous and absolutely perfect location within walking distance to everything we needed. Got an extremely spacious budget double room with blue lighting, greatly enjoyed it.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to shops and restaurants. the friendly and helpful staff made my stay more enjoyable. Likes: the rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. the reliable electricity was a bonus, especially in a country like Nepal.

Dislikes: the laundry service at the hotel was extremely overpriced, so I had to find an alternative place nearby. the internet connection was quite unreliable, which was frustrating.
